The Conversation Classes
Each class includes a variety of communication activities designed to push you out of your comfort zone and express your ideas in front of others, along with concise training focused on becoming a more fluent, professional and confident speaker.
APPROACH:
The aim of this quick communication activity is to get students warmed up and engaged in what is to follow.
Topics include native speaker expressions, developing a confident mindset, mindfulness techniques, speech structure, and grammar topics.
This is a follow-up activity to the Fluency Development Training. The objective here is to put into practice the new learnings.
The focus here is to provide an opportunity for students to speak up in front of others and express their ideas on a range of different business and non-business-related topics.
During the session, the coach takes notes while listening to students and gives feedback on language areas such as pronunciation and grammar. There will also be time for a short Q&A for students to clarify any doubts they have.

I created the Impactful English Academy to help you improve your fluency, business English, and grow in confidence speaking in front of other people. This is the purpose fo the conversation classes, which give you the opportunity to practice speaking with other learners six days a week.
The training and video lessons will help you further improve fluency, business English and become more self-sufficient when it comes to improving your English and dealing with high-pressure work situations, such as giving presentations and participating in urgent meetings.

You will also have access to the Impactful English private community which encourages students to support each other, find language partners, and network.
The required level is Intermediate (B1), Upper Intermediate (B2) and advanced (C1). Please don’t join if you have a lower level than intermediate because you will be out of your depth.
Additionally, consider that the conversation classes are mixed levels. So if you are advanced there is a possibility that there will be intermediate learners in the class and vice versa.
The conversation classes are scheduled at the following days/time:

You are free to attend as many conversation classes as you like. Currently there are 5 per week. Even if you only attend one class a week, at $10 a month it is still great value.
If you cannot attend a class this will have no impact on the following class because they are not sequential. The classes have individual topics that do not follow on from the previous class.
As the Impactful English Academy grows, more conversation classes will be added. Our objective is to offer as many classes as possible so that you can get amazing value from this Academy.
The duration for each conversion class is 45 minutes.
They take place on Zoom Meetings. You will be provided with the link beforehand.
Your teacher will either be Steven or one of our trained, experienced business English teachers.
The Impactful English Academy will be an excellent complement to your English classes and there is no need for you to cancel them. The Academy will give you extra opportunities to speak with other professionals looking to improve their English like you. The video lessons and content will also be an extra resource for you to improve your fluency, business English and confidence.
