Hello, I’m Steven. As a Cambridge (CELTA) qualified, British-native teacher and certified Coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping hundreds of professionals from diverse countries become confident and fluent communicators in English. 

My approach blends coaching, mentorship, and communication training to enhance business communication skills. As the former owner and managing director of a successful language school in Brazil, I bring practical business expertise and leadership to my role, ensuring you gain the skills needed to excel in your professional life. First, you’ll describe your English goals and challenges, then I will ask you specific questions to understand your needs on a deeper level.

Next, I will give you a roadmap with actions you can start taking right now that will accelerate your progress towards your English goals.

3 - Feedback

I will evaluate your English and give you feedback on your fluency, vocabulary use, pronunciation, and structure.

4 - Next Steps

Finally, if I think I can help you, I will explain how my coaching program works and we'll decide together if it is a good fit for you moving forward.

Firstly, I’ve developed an approach that is tailored to the individual’s needs. Once your challenges and goals are clear, I design a program and self-study plan specific to these.
My approach blends professional communication guidance with teaching, coaching, and mentorship.

Professionals who speak English as a second language in a work environment and need to improve their communication for presentations and meetings, increase their confidence speaking English in public or with colleagues, or simply wish to improve fluency. 

Some clients require a mix of career or life coaching while improving their communication skills.

Yes, this session is my gift to you. I believe in giving before receiving and my aim is to give you as much value as I can during this session. 

It will also give me a better understanding of your needs and together we can decide if we’d be a good fit moving forward.

It lasts around 45 minutes but sometimes goes over.

During the Discovery session I’ll present a package that is most aligned with your English needs along with the fees.

It takes place on Zoom. You will receive a link to your email after scheduling your session.
